Clover Power October Minutes
The Clover Power 4-H Club met Sunday, October 20, 2013. Marisa Hooper, President called the meeting to order.
The American Flag Salute was led by Nathan Buss. Taylor Hamon led the 4-H Pledge.
Roll Call was “What is your favorite thing about fall?” There were 25 members present.
Tana Pearson, Treasurer, gave the financial report.
Council Member, Conrad Kabus said the next Council meeting is November 25, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.
Project Leaders Reports: None
Community Leaders Report:
Marcia Hooper reminded everyone about the Acheivement Banquet Reservations due October 25th. She also reminded
members to get their enrollment forms turned into one of the community leaders as soon as possible.
Old Business:
None
New Business: Preston Feuerborn moved to have a $25 gift card for a carnival prize. Alexis Graber seconded.
Motion Passed. Mattew Hamon moved to have November Meeting’s Club Achievement Banquet at 6:30.
There will be a Banquet committee consisting of the Graber, Hooper, Kabus, Zumbrum, Outhout and Lemon Families. Jack Roenne seconded. Motion Passed. Boyd Roenne moved to reimburse the Kahler family for paper products used at the
meeting. Preston Feuerborn seconded. Motion Passed.
Program:
The Program consisted of the Hayrack Ride and Hot Dog meal after the meeting.
Announcements:
State Fair Awards and Ribbons were presented to those who entered projects for the State Fair.
Parents had a meeting during the Hay Rack Ride.
Riley Buss moved to adjourn the meeting. Neva Roenne seconded. Meeting was adjourned and the hay rack ride and meal began.
